Dear friends,

I have been so touched by the emails, phone calls from previous customers inquiring about my whereabouts.

I have spent two weeks in Tours, France visiting a cousin, her husband and her three daughters.

Then I spend a week in Mazama with some very wonderful and generous friends.

At the moment, I am taking courses in Translation, Interpretation and Spanish and doing some part-time work to keep busy.

I have also being engaging in some cooking classes with former customers and friends who wished to learn a recipe or two especially the Treed recipe.

Please feel free to email me if there is any item from the Cafe menu that you wish to create in your own kitchen.
